- Tijdelijke Local Rules per 5-4-2023

• Het langwerpige zanderige gebied aan de rechterkant van de fairway van Helsum 1 is verboden speelzone. De grens van deze verboden speelzone wordt aangegeven door blauwe palen met een groene kop en dit gebied loopt door tot het net van de drivingrange.
• Wanneer de bal in dit langwerpige zanderige gebied aan de rechterkant van de fairway ligt, dient men een nieuwe bal te droppen in de dichtstbijzijnde dropping zone. Er zijn drie dropping zones gemarkeerd met witte verflijnen. Het kan zijn dat de dichtstbijzijnde dropping zone dichter bij de hole ligt dan de ligging van de bal in de verboden speelzone.
• Alle andere hopen zand met jonge aanplant op Helsum 1 zijn ook verboden speelzone en die zijn gemarkeerd zijn met één blauwe paal met een groene kop en/of een groene kunststof rand. De grens van deze verboden speelzones wordt bepaald door de grens van het zand met het gras.
• Het is verplicht deze gebieden zonder straf te ontwijken wanneer de bal erin ligt en wanneer het gebied een belemmering vormt voor de in te nemen stand of de voorgenomen swing. Ontwijken gaat door een bal te droppen binnen 1 clublengte van het dichtstbijzijnde punt zonder enige belemmering en niet dichter bij de hole R16.1f en R16.1b.
• Wanneer de bal in een bunker ligt en je hebt last van de verboden speelzone met je stand of swing, dan moet het dichtstbijzijnde punt zonder enige belemmering in de bunker liggen en moet de bal in de bunker worden gedropt. R16.1f en R16.1c

1. Out of bounds is marked with white stakes and white marks on fence posts.
2. Young trees and plants tied up are No Play Zones. If a player’s ball lies on or touches such a tree or plant or such a tree or plant interferes with the player’s stance or area of intended swing, the player must take relief under Rule 16.1f .
3. Distance marks: The stakes that mark the distances to the centre of the greens (150 m with pink head and 100 m with black head) are treated as immovable obstructions from wich free relief is allowed under Rule 16.1. Those stakes may not be removed.
4. Immovable obstructions close to putting greens: Relief from interference by an immovable obstruction may be taken under Rule 16.1. The player has also these extra options to take relief when such immovable obstructions are close to the putting green and on the line of play: when the ball is in the general area the player may take relief under Rule 16.1b if an immovable obstruction is on the line of play, and is:

• Within two club-lengths of the putting green, and
• Within two club-lengths of the ball

• The long sandy area at the righthand side of the fairway of Helsum 1 is a No Play Zone. De boundary of this No Play Zone is marked with blue stakes with green heads and this area ends at the fence of the drivingrange.
• When the player’s ball is in this area, the player must take free relief by dropping a new ball in the nearest dropping zone, also if this dropping zone is nearer to the hole than where the ball lies in the No Play Zone.
• All other sandy areas with young plantings on Helsum 1 are also No Play Zones and they are marked with one blue stake with green head in each area and some areas also have a green plastic edge. The boundary of these No Play Zones is determined by the edge between the sand and the grass
• If the player’s ball is in one of these No Play Zones ore a No Play Zone interferes with the player’s stance ore swing, the player must take free relief from the No Play Zone under Rule 16.1f and R16.1b by dropping a ball in a dropzone of 1 club-length from the nearest point of complete relief and not nearer to the hole.
• When the ball is in a bunker and a No Play Zone interferes with the player’s stance or swing, the player must take free relief, but he has to drop a ball in the bunker under Rule 16.1f and R16.1c.
